However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our 10-day return and exchange policy makes it easy and transparent for you to shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange your perfume within 10 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

The perfume bottle must not have any cracks, dents, or damage.

The fragrance should not be overused during the 10-day period.

The product must be returned in its original box and packaging, along with all accessories or complimentary items (if any).

The perfume should be in resellable condition — free from leakage, scratches, or missing caps.
If the returned product fails to meet any of the above requirements, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return a perfume, you can request a refund within 10 days of delivery. Once the product is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed.

The shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund process may take 5–7 business days after the returned item has been approved.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer to exchange your perfume for another fragrance, you can do so within the same 10-day period. Exchanges are processed once the original product is returned and inspected for quality.
