3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without notice.

• Payments can be made through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash, as available at checkout.

• Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders).

4. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 working days depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:

• The perfume bottle is not cracked, broken, or damaged.

• The product is not overused or tampered with.

• The item is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Refunds are processed minus the shipping fee, once the returned item is inspected and approved.
